Be advised that when ordering shoes we will not be responsible for the following:

Shoe sizes or measurements given to us are no guarantee that shoes will fit.  We will gladly exchange, but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges for both return and sending of exchanged shoes & taps.   Allow three weeks for normal ground freight, from the order placement.   Shipments will not be sent until the specific size, color, or style are available.
 

When ordering "just taps", please order them from the "taps page".

If an order is placed that is incomplete, we will refund immediately, so that you can reorder.  This saves the customer freight charges for "add on items" that were possibly forgotten on original order.

Please note that all orders are not processed until the end of each day.

All orders are shipped direct from the shoemaker to the customer.   Pat's Clogging Studios does not stock any shoes or taps.  

All other items, such as instructional videos, cards, and music are in stock and can be shipped immediately.
